Who we are?
A national cross-multi functional service firm that provides trusted, proven, confidential, expert, non-judgemental, responsive, intimate, and proprietary personal coaching that offers a clear and practical first step to navigating life issues. Many of our coaches come from diverse backgrounds, such as experts in public health, and crisis intervention management, in addition to being people centric and natural problem solvers. We embrace anxiety, uncertainty and indecision as each coach understands the need to know what risk or fear a client should acknowledge, whether it be failing, not being good enough, judged unfairly, making the wrong decision or simply staying exactly where they are.
Who we’re not.
We are “NOT” AI! We are “live” coaches who are highly motivated, compassionate, proven, and trustworthy. We are also not “fixers”, therapist, instant motivation, or an overnight solution, or substitution for personal respnsibility. Our coaches understand what your going through and as a result are able to provide both support and accountability for you to take meaningful action toward understanding yourself better which also helps build healthier habits.
Why is this important?
Sharing and learning during sessions with a coach what your current situation requires for change as well as the questions that are generated are equally as important determining what is the next step or simply is this a good fit. Helping rather than enabling you to seperate, identify, understand, weigh, your life issues supports choosing the next right step you take.
What makes personal accountability important?
A coach will not only check or notice avoidance or excuses, but observe progress and celebrate successes as you learning to recommit. This makes efforts to push forward an important step to maintain momentum despite setbacks. Coaching sessions help identify goals and shape decisions that promotes understanding obstacles as well as options so making adjustments or redefining plans create confidence in becoming personally accountable.
Where do we start then?
First steps require common ground and shared understanding that building something right means producing foundamental and progressive small action steps that start at intake and initial consultation to the clarity of a first coaching session to an atypical conversation if coaching is the right fit. A coach will build confidence initially by helping you notice that negatives and self applied limitations can not overtake meaningful or intentional actions designed to promote or build trust in yourself over time.
