As a practicing community retail pharmacist with over 30 years of experience, I bring a unique, pharmaceutical perspective to Cannabis compliance, whether it be at the grower/processor level, or within the dispensary setting.

I was the architect for the Policies and Procedures for multiple dispensaries that were attempting to gain licenses in Pennsylvania, and my expertise was invaluable in upgrading dispensary Standard Operating Procedures(SOP’s) to the pharmaceutical industry BEST practices for standardizing dispensing Cannabis as the controlled drug.

My mission is to be able to consult dispensaries throughout the US and Canada, and present dispensaries with a comprehensive program of compliance, equal to that of the delivery of controlled medications within the pharmacy setting, in other words, to establish a set of policies, protocols, and procedures that will become the “gold standard’ for dispensing cannabis products, throughout the industry.

Our goal is to provide a complete array of services that will provide a roadmap for client dispensaries to follow, that will provide comprehensive, self-auditing procedures, which will protect client dispensaries, and product consumers, with a quality product, with a verifiable, reproducible product and service, that meets or exceeds the expectations of consumers when prescription medications are delivered.

Our approach not only covers security and surveillance concerning receiving, storing, and dispensing product, but background checks for employees, a verifiable pedigree for product in stock and ordered, software to support seed-to-sale tracking, and a patented “Blockchain” currency system that effectively removes cash from the dispensary network. In effect this builds both value of a dispensary’s brand as well increases streams of revenue by negating non-compliant related punitive expenditures.

The values that gave my pharmacy credibility over 75 years and 3 generations of professional pharmaceutical community service are being imparted within the cannabis dispensary system, and plan to be the standard of cannabis delivery for the industry.
